    We are a small family company.  If our prices seem low to you, it is because of our low overhead and direct selling model.  Big Top Tent was established in 1998.  We have always provided great products at fair prices and our business has grown from a local rental company to a national supplier of tents and related products.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.
• Certified funds, cash, MasterCard, visa , discover, American express are the only accepted forms of payment.
• We carry no house accounts credit will be through leasing companies only.
• Returns must be authorized.
• All tents come with warranties for our workmanship.
• In the event of defective merchandise alert us immediately.
• Repair, replacement or return is at our discretion.
